The Vault - i139 (with the weird conundrum that NQ i139 vendor is not unlocked until after finishing the Vault, meaning if you want to get to full i139 you have to do sidequests feel free to correct me, I think Ok Zundu isn't unlocked until after the Vault) If you are still doing them, here's the ilvl recommendations based on what you get from quests and the vendors. Once you unlock Idyllshire you can actually get to i230 very quickly. So for example, The Aery would have a recommended ilvl of i133 because that's what you get from Lv54 sidequests, and from the Moogle Vendors in the Churning Mists.
